You are responsible for reviewing the order information before checkout. Address changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after processing or fulfillment begins.

Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize KIYŌSENSE, Shopify, and the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the total displayed during checkout.

The total may include merchandise, subscriptions, shipping, taxes, discounts, and other disclosed charges.

Payment processing is also subject to the terms, security procedures, and privacy practices of the relevant payment provider.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions and discount codes:

• May require a minimum order value.
• May not be combined with another offer.
• Have no cash value.
• May be limited to one use per customer or household.
• May be withdrawn, corrected, or canceled when legally permitted.

When part of a discounted bundle is returned, an approved refund may be recalculated based on the retained products and the promotion’s terms.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, processing periods, delivery estimates, tracking, address changes, carriers, delayed packages, and related matters are governed by the KIYŌSENSE Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, holidays, service interruptions, inaccurate addresses, unusual demand, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns, Refunds, and Defective Products

Return eligibility, product-specific return periods, return-shipping responsibility, restocking fees, damaged shipments, inspections, replacements, and refunds are governed by the KIYŌSENSE Return and Refund Policy.

Submitting a return, damage, or defect request does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Eligibility is determined after review under the applicable policy.

Subscriptions

When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring orders and recurring charges at the frequency, price, and terms displayed during enrollment.

Subscription charges may be processed before each shipment. You are responsible for managing the subscription before the applicable renewal or processing deadline.

Returning a subscription shipment does not automatically cancel, pause, or modify future renewals.

Subscription pricing, cancellation, renewal, and account-management terms may also be governed by the KIYŌSENSE Subscription Policy and the information shown during enrollment.

Communications

By placing an order, creating an account, or contacting us, you consent to receive necessary transactional communications regarding orders, payments, shipments, accounts, subscriptions, returns, security, or customer service.

Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link included in the message.

Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

You may be able to submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, testimonials, suggestions, or other content.

The KIYŌSENSE name, logos, product names, website design, text, photographs, graphics, videos, packaging, instructions, and other materials are owned by or licensed to PLANTEGEN LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No ownership right is transferred to you through access to the website or purchase of a product.
